just returned from Creuse nature, had a wonderful time. The site is beautifully situated, the staff are lovely. There is a good bar and restaurent. The pitches are nicely laid out in the trees and you get the chance to choose the one you want. Yes we will be back again

We have been visiting Creuse Nature for 5 years now. We go for the music week in August and enjoy playing music and singing with a large very friendly group of people, mostly Dutch and have a wonderful time. The site has never felt over full due to the space around it. The walk around the perimeter is peaceful and full of nature. The site is family owned and they are helped by a band of willing volunteers who work for their keep.
There are a variety of places to pitch which should suit all tastes, always clean and well kept.
Be aware anyone visiting during music week will need to accept there will be some 'nice noise' into the late evening.

Very nice people and site. I used to live in the Limousin.

had a lovely stay at this site in summer 2010. We didnt book but just arrived looked around and stayed. The reception was closed so we were invited in for a free drink, we liked the fact we could choose our pitch. We loved the pool and the fact it didnt close so you could swim late in the evening if you wanted to. You could join everyone for evening meal if you wanted or just have a private table no fuss. The bread van arrived every morning .We didnt have children with us we are 55-60, but there was lots of space for them to play without being around the tents. There is a good walk into a beautiful town for a coffee. Too far to walk for the pub or supermarket though. But just 5mins by car. A good supermarket in town for provisions.
We will go again as it was very quiet and relaxing.

We visited Creuse Nature for the first time in the month of June. We were heartily welcomed and immediately felt at home. We enjoyed the tasty communal meals. For me as vegetarian, a special meal was served.
The campsite has a nice sauna, which can be used free of charge after 20.00h. in the low season. The sanitay units and the roofed swimming pool were clean and well-kept.
The camping is situated in a very beautiful area. We'll certainly return.
