We have been visiting Croft for many years and just love the place. In the last couple of years a lot of updating and investment has been made. Everyone is very friendly. The facilities are good and always spotless. There’s plenty to do with two pools, indoor games room, outdoor games and of course the legendary Saturday night entertainment. Annual music festival is great. This is a perfect place for first timers. It is in a rural location and a car is helpful to visit the towns near, but in our opinion why would you, when you have a peaceful but buzzy location. Many visitors return and return.

I've stayed at croft a couple of times now and as a single male found no problems with other guests .It is very quiet during the week but that seems the way of most sites now the site is very well maintaind and you are made very welcome on arrival .A great place for those new to naturism .Take a good book and enjoy the peace and tranquility hope to be back in August Bob W

As members for over ten years we have been blinded by the fact there are inadequate overall facilities to make Croft cc a holiday centre.

Weekends and themes are enjoyable due to the current managers, weekdays there is little or nothing to keep you occupied and could be described as a ghost town.

Surrounding area is far from a holiday destination if you are pconsidering beaches and bars.

The club itself has been run to a high standard , it is in need of updating and modernisation, the shower blocks are clean but uninviting the patio areas need replacing to eliminate trip hazards, there is no wifi and mobile phone signal is very poor. The club would benefit from a makeover.

The Dell is the quietest field with only a short walk to the club house and swimming pools.

Croft meadow caters for log cabin accommodation to a high standard.

Croft is now the noisiest field due to tenants in adjoining properties and the flurry of foul language can sometimes be offensive.
This has been mentioned by current members who may make similar reviews, or not?

Non naturist and single males now becoming a more regular occurrence but not problematic.

To summarise the club itself is mostly a relaxing venue and said to be by far one of the better U.K. naturist sites although updating and modernisation is needed in some areas.

The website is a little misleading if you are looking for a family holiday centre with organised activities.

Some reviews are posted from members who are very protective in fear of closure textile conversion.

This is an honest review and by no means negative we would encourage people to experience weekend theme nights and consider membership for the long term continuation of Croft country club.

Brilliant place everyone is so friendly.
Indoor pool, outdoor pool and jacuzzi; toilets and showers (and fridges for campers).
Saturday night dancing and disco as well as other events such as live bands.
Dave and Celia who run the place are amazing, and always remember your name.
Great place for first timers or those with plenty of naturist experiences.
Local pub needs driving to, but food top notch.

We had been to our local site which was only 12 mins down the road and when that decided to go textile we did a lot or research to what was around us and how far we would travel and CROFT came up this weekend being 7th july is 4 time in 3 months we are visiting the place ,really nice and easy to find well laid out with plenty of room on your pitches we have a motor home and awning and 4 well behaved dogs which all has been very welcomed david and celia are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Love the facilities indoor and outdoor pool also the use of freezer and or fridge for your stuff. We are experienced naturists but for us the naked disco was a first as normally dressed up at night !!!? wow so much fun apart from dressing up on the dog walk can spend 24/7 naked so invigorating also the picnic in the park awesome day and we are booking for next year really recommend the place if u want peacefull surroundings and at one with nature ......

Our first experience led us to croft, and we loved it. We're now 'naturists!'. Everything about croft is pleasant. The people are friendly, it's pure naturism and nothing more which was great. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the log cabin we stayed in was amazing. The owners are very friendly and put a lot of effort into making sure everything runs smoothly. I cant recommend this place enough if you're thinking of trying nudism in your 30s like us, or any age. Go for it, you won't be disappointed at croft, and try the naked disco, its fantastic!

We stayed at Crof in our own tent we founf every one was friendly and not in your face. We was there at one of there saturday night events and was a lot of fun.
We booked to go again but due to circumstances beyond our control we had to cancel but think we will be going again as soon as we can.
For the few day we where there had a good time would recomend it.
